skincare tips for beginners

Skincare tips for beginners Everybody likes to take care of their skin, but most of them get confused between so many skincare routines and end up ignoring what their skin needs.

1.Know your skin type:-

Knowing your skin type is the most important thing you can do for your skin. If you are unaware about your skin type, you could compromise your skin's natural balance and invite many skin problems. You should also know that your skin can be more than one type and it can change over seasons.

2.Drink water:-

To keep your skin hydrated, drink plenty of water so that your skin doesn't get dry easily. Drinking enough water also helps in getting rid of pimples.

3.Double Cleanse:-

Double cleansing is the key-hack and it completely transforms the skin. Deep cleaning removes the dirt, bacteria, oil and pollution from the skin and completely purifies the skin.

 4.Wear SPF:-

Start using cream with SPF as it will protect your skin from getting dark spots and sun-burn which occurs due to too long exposure in sun.

5.Use serum:-

Using face serum can benefit your skin in different ways:

● Improves skin texture

● Makes the skin more plump

● Minimizes open pores

● Reduces puffiness around eyes

● Skin feels fresh and moisturized

6.Use moisturizer:-

Moisturizing the skin is very important. It helps in keeping the skin hydrated and healthy. It also gives you glowing skin.

7.Lip care:-

Most of us have chapped lips due to never being sufficiently hydrated. Our lips need special care, so for keeping them soft, use a lip balm.

8.Exfoliation:-

Once a week, scrub your face. It exfoliates the skin and removes dirt, blackheads/whiteheads from the skin.

9.Don't apply too much:-

'More is more' is not a good rule, when it comes to skincare. Applying too much product is a complete waste of product as well as money, as your skin won't be able to absorb it all.

10.Never use out dated/expired products:-

Using expired products can lead to infections and irritations and can make your skin worse.

11.Vitamin C:-

Vitamin C is one of the strongest antioxidants that helps protect your skin from environmental damage.

All these tips can help a beginner in taking care of their skin.
